Complaints

This form is to report defective products supplied by Sentec International.

Complaints are processed when all relevant data is provided including a sample of the product showing the defect and a blank, unprinted sample enabling investigation of the defect is received by Sentec International.

Once received your complaint form and samples we will confirm it and investigate your complaint as soon as possible. If the complaint is found valid, Sentec will replace defective material as described in our general terms and conditions; General Conditions of Sale and Delivery
